Maestra supported the launch of Mariah Carey's greatly anticipated autobiography "The Meaning of Mariah Carey." Maestra worked on positioning the book to center the themes on race, bi-racial identity and colorism that were so eloquently and boldly brought to life through the telling of Mariah's story. We supported the press strategy that would highlight and anchor these themes and were the connective tissue for Mariah to leverage her platform in advance of the 2020 Election.

  • Produced content that combined MC's songwriting and creative talent with the artistry of an Emmy nominated illustrator and reach and authenticity of a nonprofit fighting daily for Black liberation
